Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Visuvate Dashboard (the “Service”), a private workspace operated by Visuvate (“we”, “us”). The Service holds two tools — Invoice, for raising and tracking invoices, and Carousel, for building and exporting multi-slide social posts. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Access & accounts

  • Access is granted by invitation only. There is no public sign-up and no public view of anything in the Service. Accounts are created by an administrator, and sign-in is available by password or by Google account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Access levels (view or edit) are set by the administrator and may be changed or revoked at any time.
  • Each tool has its own access setting. An administrator may grant you one tool without the other, and may change that at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes on behalf of Visuvate.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Service, or misuse other users’ data.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter, including client details, payment details, copy and images.
  • Only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful material, or anyone’s personal data you are not entitled to hold.

Your content

You retain ownership of the invoices, carousel designs and images you create or upload. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to provide the Service — for example, saving a design so you can reopen it, and keeping an uploaded image so the design still renders on another device.

Carousel designs are saved to your account rather than to the browser you built them in, and images you add are stored on our server as files. Exported image and PDF files are generated in your browser and are yours to use.

You are responsible for maintaining your own records where required. The Service is not a backup service.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visuvate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service. The Service is a tool to assist with invoicing and design work, and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
