These Terms govern your use of the Visuvate Dashboard (the "Service"), a private invoicing application operated by Visuvate ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Access & accounts

• Access is granted by invitation only. Accounts are created by an administrator, and sign-in is available by password or by Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Access levels (view or edit) are set by the administrator and may be changed or revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate business invoicing on behalf of Visuvate.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Service, or misuse other users' data.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter, including client and payment details.

Your content

You retain ownership of the invoice data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your own records where required.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visuvate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service. The Service is a tool to assist with invoicing and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
